EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to exercise the 14-day cooling-off period / right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive the goods. You may submit a withdrawal request without logging into your account.
Custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Return & Refund Terms
- The buyer shall bear all return shipping costs. Return fees are non-refundable.
- We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt and process the refund based on the actual condition of the wheel set.
- If the goods have been used, installed or suffered depreciation in value, a corresponding deduction will be made from the refund amount.
